This data was collected at Somatic Movement Center from October 2012 – February 2013. Clients typically have a session once per week or once every other week. All sessions are 60 minutes long and are hands-on. In between sessions, clients practice daily self-care exercises for approximately 20-30 minutes each day.
Back pain: Reduced by 80% after 3 sessions
Neck pain: Reduced by 72% after 4 sessions
Sciatica: Reduced by 97.5% after 4 sessions
Scoliosis related pain: Reduced by 70% after 3 sessions
